SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping and handling. An email with your tracking information will be sent once your order is fulfilled.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us with your order number via email at concierge@relicxroom.com as soon as possible.

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If you have any concerns regarding tracking or shipping, please contact concierge@relicxroom.com. The next best course of action is to contact your local postal service directly. By giving them your tracking number, they can offer quicker and more current updates than other sources.

Relic Room is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact your local postal service to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs for orders outside the United States are calculated at checkout. Relic Room cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs, taxes or duties on international orders. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 

Relic Room is not responsible for any customs, taxes or import duties incurred. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns if the item is unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

You have 14 days from the day of delivery to apply for a return and send back items to be eligible for refund.

Please contact us at concierge@relicxroom.com with "Return" in the subject line and include your order number and the reason for your return.

You will be refunded the full amount minus the return shipping costs. 

We reserve the right to decline refunds on a case by case basis.

Due to the handmade nature of the product, slight differences between the product photos and the actual item may occur and are not acceptable reasons for a return.


CUSTOMER CARE

All items have a limited one year warranty. To preserve fine finish of your Relic, store it in the provided dust bag. Avoid exposing your Relic to water, oils and perfumes. Hair should be fully styled and dry before placement.

To preserve the finish of your silk Relic:

Handwash with cool water using a mild liquid detergent. Dry flat. 

Your silk Relic may fade after washing. This is normal due to the active ink process during printing. 

To prevent dye transfer, wash your silk Relic separately.
